Project Management Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a virtual project management assistant who can wear many hats and can support as well as lead on key projects to expand the reach of our business, brand, podcast, and online sales.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to our CEO, while also working closely with other key members of the team.


Our Project Management Assistant will primarily be responsible for:

Project Management: Assist with special projects including product launches through research, planning, organisation and communications
Website Management: Manage and keep updated websites related to the brand
Podcast Management: Research, admin, post-production, and promotion
• Blog management: Repurpose podcast content into blogs
Calendar Management: Assist the CEO of the company by handling schedule, travel, and day-to-day company needs
Contacts Management: Be the main client contact, scheduling client sessions and answering questions
Event Management: Organise the backend for all major programs, live webinars and online classes including communicating with guest teachers and collaborators
General Admin: Execute a wide variety of ad hoc tasks

    Skills & Abilities

    • Experience as an Executive, Project or Virtual Assistant
    • Ability to take really complex ideas and break them into smaller parts; able to operationalise a large vision (required)
    • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal (required)
    • Excellent transcription and notetaking skills (required)
    • Experience in social media management (desired)
    • Experience in graphic design (Canva) (desired)
    • WordPress website experience (desired)
